Hello!

I’M GAURI

The talkative kid who likes to put her thoughts on paper!

Portrait of Gauri Chakravarti
Product Designer · Bengaluru

My love for people’s stories and need to go beyond structure inspired me to explore the field of design.

My favourite word is possibilities.

I adore the concept of exploring ideas and bringing them to life.

Where I’m from

I’ve lived in 4 cities and changed schools 9 times.

Originally born in Davanagere, Karnataka. My mother is South Indian, and my father is from Bengal. I can speak Kannada fluently and am familiar with the Bengali alphabet.

I’ve lived in Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Mumbai. Each had a culture and a story of its own, and I grew up in different communities, which made me adaptable and explorative.

I write

It’s just elementary
